Service Crew (Up to RM2,500)

Position Summary:

Front-of-house team member in a restaurant/food outlet, handling customer service, order taking, serving, and maintaining dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages
  • Ensure cleanliness of the dining area in accordance with the Company's SOP
  • Maintain adequate stock of service items (cutlery, napkins, condiments) and update inventory as needed
  • Assist in the setup and closing of the dining area, including cleaning duties
  • Uphold brand service standards and respond to customer queries or complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Support cashier operations when needed or as assigned
  • Assist in operating the train, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Experience in F&B/customer service preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Friendly and good communicator
  • Able to work shifts including evenings/weekends/public holidays
  • High standard of grooming, team-oriented

Cashier (Up to RM2,800)

Position Summary:

Handles cashier operations for the outlet: payment processing, receipts, balancing cash drawer, customer service, and basic administrative work associated with cashiering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, process orders, and receive payments (cash, card, or voucher)
  • Ensure transaction accuracy, issue receipts, and handle cash drawer balancing daily
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the cashier station, and assist with customer queries
  • Support the service crew during peak hours and assist in closing cashier reports
  • Liaise with management or the back office for reconciliation and stock tracking
  • Ensure all product and menu pricing is accurate and updated
  • Answer customer questions about products or services and provide recommendations based on their needs
  • Cross-sell and upsell products while working with the team to achieve store sales goals
  • Process returns and exchanges, and issue refunds or store credits for returned items.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM; must have obtained at least a Grade B in Mathematics
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in cashiering, retail, or F&B is preferred
  • Knowledge or experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of accounting is an advantage
  • Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with high attention to detail
  • Good communication skills; reliable and trustworthy
  • Able to work on shifts, including evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
