As part of the service crew, your job responsibilities includes

  • Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism, warmth, and knowledge of the menu.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate seating, reservations, and queue management during peak hours.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the dining area and service stations.
  • Assist in cashiering duties and ensure accurate billing and payment handling.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and timely food service.

Requirement

  • High willingness to learn
  • Hardworking
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Previous experience in F&B or kitchen operations is preferred but not required as training will be provided
  • Able to work in Singapore

Restaurant Manager

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager on the day-to-day operational and financial excellence by exercising great leadership and decision-making that supports operational standards and the culture
  • Restaurant P&L management by following cash control/security procedures; maintaining inventory, managing labor, and applying financial report analysis to enhance restaurant results
  • Manage the assigned operational and manpower planning
  • Oversee employees related matters including performance management, training and development, compensation and disciplinary matters
  • Provides coaching and feedback to team on stations, products, processes and policies
  • Enforces compliance of government regulations, food safety, operations and company's policies and procedures across shifts
  • Ensure overall brand image is maintained and well represented

Requirements:

  • Hardworking
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity in the F&B industry
  • Positive individual with strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Able to work in Singapore
