Personal Assistant to General Manager

Handling private and confidential matters and perform secretarial duties for the company's General Manager.
- Handling travel and accommodations arrangements i.e. flight and hotel reservations.
- Maintain good working order to all business correspondences, records and administrative facilities which include mail, fax, distribution, filing/document keeping.
- Ability to control and maintain multi-tasking efficiently.
- Dealing with general correspondences with internal and external parties.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent verbal & written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
1)All employees are required to wear mask always during working hours.
2)Office is sanitized daily.
3)All employees are required to do self test kit every Monday before commencing to work. (Kit provided by the Company)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kelana Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
