**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a similar managerial role within a production or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to troubleshoot problems and make decisions quickly.

Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in manufacturing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
