**Stage & Truss Monitor**: Oversee the setup and dismantle of stage structures, trusses. Ensure that all technical equipment is installed according to the event's specifications and safety standards. Stand by show until the show end.
- **Equipment Management**: Maintain inventory and ensure the functionality of all technical equipment.
- **Technical Troubleshooting**: Address and resolve technical issues that arise during setup or the event itself. Provide real-time technical support to ensure seamless event execution.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all setups meet safety standards and regulations. Conduct safety checks on structures and electrical systems before event commencement. (Supervisor will provide guidance directly)
- **Event Planning and Execution**: Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to understand clients’ requirements. **MUST** take noted on detailed timelines, clients’ requirements and provide to the company. (Guidance will be provided)
- **Team Work**: Coordinate with teammates and monitor their progress, provide assistance when required.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical and project-related concerns. Go to site meeting to understand clients’ requirement. Update company on the project's progress and address any last-minute changes or challenges. **DO NOT PROMISE** any last minutes changes when is not discuss with the supervisors.
- **Documentation**: Prepare project documentation, including blueprints, layouts, and post-event reports. Record technical specifications and requirements for future events.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
