**Job Scope**:

- Serve as the key liaison for clients, providing exceptional service from initial engagement to post-event follow-up.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into effective, creative, and feasible event concepts and experiences.
- Plan and manage events end-to-end, including timelines, budgeting, logistics, and on-site coordination.
- Lead internal and external meetings to align expectations, manage updates, and ensure seamless communication across all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with suppliers, venues, and vendors to source quotations, negotiate terms, conduct site visits, and manage production requirements.
- Oversee the build-up, execution, and teardown of events while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams including creative, design, and production to deliver events that meet brand and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, proactively solve issues, and ensure deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget.
- Nurture client relationships by consistently delivering value, anticipating needs, and identifying opportunities for future events.
- Support the team in developing event proposals, pitch decks, and post-event reports that reflect the impact and success of each event.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and creative formats to enhance event experiences and client offerings.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance team culture through proactive communication, accountability, and knowledge sharing.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant working experience in events, marketing, or client servicing roles.
- Proven track record in planning and executing high-impact events in Malaysia and across the region.
- Strong background in event management, project management, customer service, and marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Able to develop and pitch creative, strategic event ideas that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Skilled in client relationship management, with the ability to build trust, provide counsel, and guide decision-making.
- Confident in leading projects independently and making real-time decisions during event execution.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Passionate about the events industry, with a strong sense of ownership and drive to deliver excellence.
- Familiar with current event trends, technologies, and best practices to elevate event experiences.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
