- Distribute circulars, notices, and announcements
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other documents
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating maintenance works
- Record and follow up on service requests and repair works
- Coordinate with service providers and contractors
- Maintain updated records of tenancy/occupants
- Follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Schedule and prepare for committee or AGM meetings
- Prepare meeting rooms, agendas, and refreshments
- Take meeting minutes and circulate post-meeting documents

**Requirements**:

- SPM, Diploma or equivalent
- Familiar with computer system
- At least 1 year related working experience

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
