Assistant Operation Coordinator

To respond to customer enquiry and provide the necessary port info & job quotation.
- To coordinate for outport job such as vessel calling Melaka, Port Dickson, Kuantan, Lumut, Port Klang by liaising & coordinating with our appointed sub agents.
- To ensure FDA’s are completed & sent timely as customer requirements.
- To liaise with company vendors, suppliers, freight forwarders & other 3rd party service providers to get the best quotation for servicing our customers’ needs & to generate income from the CN provided by them.
- To coordinate with Port Operators & Government authorities such as Customs, Immigration, Marine Department, Port Health & others.
- To create & maintain SOR for company services for various clients.
- Any other job as and when requested by the company.
- Must be excellent in Microsoft office skills.
- Preferred Tamil speaker. Others also welcome to apply

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
