Conduct market research to identify suitable new markets for Amazin’ Graze and evaluate the feasibility of entering into these new markets.
- Identify, evaluate and reach out to potential distributors in high potential new markets.
- Negotiate key distribution terms with potential partners, finalise distribution agreement and onboard new distributors to facilitate purchase orders.
- Create market-specific business plans in collaboration with distributors to identify best products for entry, brand positioning, price positioning, suitable sales channels as well as branding and marketing plan to ensure successful brand entry and sales growth while ensuring profitability.
- Develop and maintain trusting and professional relationship with existing distributors in order to follow closely Amazin’ Graze’s progress in these international markets and drive long term business success for both parties.
- Develop strategies for sale of products and provide a forecast of sales to all relevant departments.
- Manage volumes and margins to generate efficiency for manufacturing and margins for earnings.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on all new product launches as well as company-wide campaigns.
- Coordinate with Production and Fulfillment team on order and packaging planning as well as various documentations.
- Attend relevant international trade shows and conventions.
- Manage and operate all business transactions in an ethical manner.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and complaints and look to find winning solutions.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and analysis to management in order to identify key insights and facilitate decision making.

**; Requirements**:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in business development and sales for a fast-moving consumer product or service.
- Experience in export strategies is preferred.
- Knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies, labelling systems, transportation and payment laws are followed;
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Excellent communication skills and passionate in customer management;
- Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of account management, customer operations and category management principles.
- Ability to oversee the completion of paperwork and monetary transactions associated with international distribution in a timely manner.
- Previous experience in converting consumer, category, competitor, and channel/customer insights into marketing plans.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of customer data/metrics.
- Ability to assimilate data and create solutions that are concise and easy-to-understand.
- Passion for building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to adapt and improvise to changes efficiently.
- Willing to travel, both local and overseas independently.
