1. Job Overview

Responsible for managing all import and export activities, ensuring smooth customs clearance, accurate documentation, and cost-effective logistics arrangements.

2. Key Responsibilities
- Handle export and import operations including customs clearance, documentation, and shipment arrangement.
- Prepare and verify commercial documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Form D/E, Insurance, etc.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal departments.
- Ensure all import/export activities comply with trade laws, tax, and customs regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and update ERP system for shipment tracking.
- Monitor tariffs, HS Codes, and logistics costs; propose cost-saving solutions.
- Support sales team in freight cost estimation and delivery coordination.

3. Job Requirements

Education : Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Business

Experience : 2-5 years in import/export or logistics operations (manufacturing preferred)

Skills : Knowledge of INCOTERMS, HS Codes, customs clearance, ERP system

Languages : Good command of English and Mandarin

Traits : Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, good communication & problem-solving skills

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
