- Manage international shipments by coordinating with freight forwarders, hauliers, and relevant parties to ensure cargo readiness and shipment scheduling.
- Liaise with internal teams, external freight forwarders, logistics providers, customs brokers, and other departments to coordinate import and export operations.
- Prepare and handle import/export documentation and customs declarations (K1, K2, K3, K4, K8, K9).
- Manage full sets of shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and related paperwork.
- Provide excellent customer service by managing bookings, inquiries, and shipment-related requests.
- Track and monitor job progress, ensuring timely completion and accuracy through daily and monthly reporting.
- Maintain organized records and a proper documentation filing system.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum **2-4 years of working experience** in a **Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics company** (experience is a must).
- Strong knowledge of **import/export operations** and **customs documentation**.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with 3PLs, transporters, vendors, shippers, and forwarding agents.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess own transport and willing to work in **Shah Alam**.
- Able to start **immediately** or within a short notice period is preferred.Job Highlights
