As a Shipping Executive, you will be working Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible of Import, Export, Logistics, and local customs formalities
- Adhere to the timelines and ensure the renewal of all sorts of CUSTOM and MITI licenses for import and export in place. Facilitate with CUSTOM for container inspection and sealing process daily.
- Ensure the error-free reports to CUSTOM MITI and any other body of government pertains to the Shipping and Logistics operation have been delivered on time.
- Ensure the container booking, pallet booking, and its movement for export/transport arrangement for local is made on time with affordable/ costed freight.
- Coordinate import of raw materials and spare parts from various countries. - Create error-free shipping documents and manage all sorts of shipping documentation and provide whenever is required by customers, inter-department, top management, government etc.
- Ensure the Bill of Lading is managed properly in terms of holding and release. Make sure the freight bills have been cleared to finance for payment and speedy release of telex for BL.
- Coordination with Costing to facilitate the best possible shipping cost and terms to prepare the quotation against the inquiry/ tender process.
- Ensure the freight and courier bills have been verified in terms of its accuracy and facilitate clean bills to Finance for payment process.
- Ensure all containers are loaded on time with 100% accuracy and make sure that there is no demurrage, detention, SSR or any other extra-ordinary cost has been incurred.
- Sensitize the top management on the slow/ non-moving Finished goods. Monthly reports to commercial people on the slow/ non-moving items should be in place and reports to top management to clear those items appropriately. - Ensure the physical stocks are taken concurrently and reconciled properly with ERP system. Coordination with finance in case of discrepancies identified.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
