Sustainability & ESG Executive
to support sustainability reporting, governance, and environmental initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has started their ESG career and now wants to deepen their skills in
corporate sustainability reporting, ESG data management, and governance frameworks
.

The job at a glance:

  • Support
    ESG reporting & disclosures
    , including data collection across departments
  • Compile and track
    Scope 1–3 emissions
    , energy, water, waste, and safety indicators
  • Assist in preparing sustainability sections for
    Bursa Malaysia
    and
    TCFD-aligned
    reporting
  • Prepare meeting packs, documentation, and minutes for the
    Sustainability Committee
  • Coordinate and track ESG initiatives (carbon reduction, recycling, safety, CSR)
  • Assist with internal & external
    ESG assurance and audit requests
  • Maintain ESG trackers, dashboards, and documentation systems
  • Support internal sustainability awareness campaigns and communication

Successfull candidates will have:

  • 2–3 years' experience
    in sustainability, ESG, compliance, data analysis, corporate reporting, or related roles
  • Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Economics, Communications, or equivalent
  • Experience with data collection, reporting, and cross-department coordination
  • Good Excel & PowerPoint skills (comfortable working with data tables & charts)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, hands-on attitude with willingness to learn and support multiple projects
  • Bonus: exposure to sustainability frameworks, GHG reporting, ISO or governance topics
