Formulate marketing and propose various strategy plan for the hospital in accordance to the approved budget To ensure marketing and strategic plan is adhere and monitor the execution plan by the responsible subordinate Direct provide support and guidance Public Relations Department for Local / International. Constantly improve in internal and external service to BSC customer. Prepare and manage international proposals, license issues, teaming agreements and cooperate with regional marketing to assist on new release assets. Assist various departments to initiate strategic decisions and manage development of regional marketing collateral. Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships. Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets. Maintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references. Prepare of management and proposal for strategic papers, presentations and report generation and liaison with various units (internal or external) for the said purpose Monitor International market business performance and data projection on quarterly basis To ensure International patient's statistic tracking on monthly basis to be submit to MOH and PMED To support overall marketing and public relations objectives and activities of the hospital both internally and externally. To attend meetings, activates and other events as required out of normal office hours Work closely with hospital appointed agent for event activities, collaboration for Local / International Maintain Liaison with external and internal suppliers, assisting in commissioning, delivery and inventory of marketing material. Performs any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer Do not allow to take any monetary from customer Any tasks that are assigned by the superior from time to time.
