**Responsibilities**:

- To support as active team member with Lead QA in FSSC22000 v6 2024 re-certification requirements and any additional customer external audit requirements with regards to Food Safety Management Systems. (Refer below for FSSC Certification Compliance roles).
- To participate with Production team in continuous internal improvement for Quality Control SOPs, QC in manufacturing process from incoming raw material testing to final production inspection.
- Wastage Control - Continuous improvements with production team in stringent wastage control and reporting and overall inspection (Paper Cup / Packaging / Forming).
- Support and maintain strict filing of production records with Production Team that is critical to compliance of FSSC22000 food safety systems.
- To conduct QA investigations, document and revert on Customer QA complaints.
- Hold meetings with Production Team to conduct weekly evaluation on compliance matters on QC, FSSC22000 and GMP matters.
- Conduct SOP training to operators and product handlers on GMP, SOPs and QC check points.
- Assist in various production systems support functions (ERP implementation) as required by management from time to time.

**FSSC22000 v6 Re-Certification Key Roles-**:

- To work independently, responsibly, and diligently to assist Lead QA to upgrade current FSSC22000 v6 re-certification standards and requirements.
- Work with management on new ERP system implementation improvements on traceability and data entry process.
- Execute FSSC22000 v6 departmental implementation of production records, internal documentation Policies, filing, written policies, proper filing of records.
- Assist production team in operator and staff training and uphold of Food Safety internal programmes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required Skill(s): GMP, HACCP, ISO22000 GFSI or BRC knowledge
- Preferably Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Must possess own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
