- Contribute to the development of BIMB Enterprise Architecture Framework including EA Principles, EA Development Methodology, Metamodel, EA Governance Methodology based on EA best practice standard such as TOGAF 9.2 and ITABOK.
- Facilitate the creation of governing principles to guide EA decision making.
- Collaborate with business and IT team to understand the business strategy and objectives and identify the necessary IT capabilities and solution strategies that help enable the business capabilities.
- Assist in developing, maintaining and reviewing the current state architecture landscape using ArchiMate 3.0 modelling language.
- Create and maintain documentation of all architecture design and analysis work.
- Identify and propose suitable EA Tools to support enterprise architecture practice within the bank.
- Assess and communicate the value of the enterprise architecture.
- Help identify organizational requirements for the resources, structures and cultural changes necessary to support the enterprise architecture.
- Assist in the execution of the communication and education plan for enterprise architecture.
- Coordinate the projects under Enterprise Architecture and updates project progress report.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet timelines.
