Klang, Malaysia Techno Fresh Agro-Produce Sdn Bhd Full time

**Daily Tasks**
- Check and record daily orders from **Lotus’s** in the **Local Vege Purchase Trace List**.
- Check and record daily **stock balances** in the same trace list.
- Prepare daily orders and trace stock before **pre-order**.
- Track and inform Sales Team, CH Leong, and Agro Processor if **jammed stocks** occur.
- Monitor stock deliveries and investigate **any shortages**.
- Communicate with suppliers if stock is **rejected by QC**.
- Coordinate with Production or Sales if **stock quality fails** to meet requirements.
- Source alternative supply if **stock is declined**.
- Notify local purchaser if **local farmers fail** to deliver.
- Notify oversea purchaser if **local farm harvest fails**.
- Update and share **PO numbers** with suppliers.

**Weekly Tasks**
- Compile weekly commitments from Lotus’s, Sales Team, CH Leong, Mr. Chang, and Agro Processor.
- File weekly orders in **Local Vege Purchase files**.
- Prepare weekly schedule to **track inventory** before pre-order.
- Check and ensure all **invoices are signed** by PIC.
- If quality issue is found, coordinate with HOD for **cost revision** and request **Invoice Amendment or Credit Note**.

**Monthly Tasks**
- Summarize monthly **order report** for local farms.
- Summarize **disposal report**.
- Summarize **shortage report**.
- Prepare **weekly pricing list**.
- Check and update **tray/basket balance** by supplier.

**Ad Hoc Tasks**
- Visit farms to understand **process flow**, planting cycle, and quality issues.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum **Diploma in Purchasing** or a related field.
- Experience in **food, wholesale, or retail industry** is preferred.
- Proficient in **Chinese,**Malay, and English (spoken and written).
- Strong **communication and interpersonal** skills.
- Able to **multi-task**, work **independently**, and manage time effectively.
- Age requirement**:20 to 35 years old**.

Location : Telok Gong, Klang

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
