**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role ensures that workplace health and safety requirements are met, inventory is accurately maintained, and productivity targets are achieved. The manager will lead a team to support operational excellence and continuous improvement within the warehouse environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Warehouse Operations Management**
- Oversee the entire warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatching of goods.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and SOPs to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
- Monitor the loading and unloading of finished goods to meet internal and external delivery requirements.

**2. Inventory Control & Management**
- Maintain an accurate inventory tracking system; ensure timely and accurate stock reconciliations (including stock takes, cycle counts, and spot checks).
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts and minimize holding costs.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement preventive measures.

**3. Team Leadership & Development**
- Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to company policies.
- Allocate tasks and set performance targets for team members.
- Monitor KPIs and initiate improvement actions where needed.

**4. Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company safety standards.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities such as Customs and Government Agencies for inspections and related logistics matters.
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse facilities.

**5. Logistics & Coordination**
- Coordinate closely with logistics, procurement, production, and sales departments to align warehouse activities with business needs.
- Work with both internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure timely delivery and accurate shipping documentation.
- Liaise with Customs and other authorities for smooth customs clearance when required.

**6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement**
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and goods movement.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives.
- Participate in project planning and be stationed at outstation sites when required for warehouse setup or project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in warehouse/inventory software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be willing to travel or be stationed outstation for project needs.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
