**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a **creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media Specialist** to take charge of our online presence. This role involves crafting compelling content, managing our social channels, and executing strategies that engage and grow our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Curation**:

- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop a content calendar aligned with the brand’s voice, marketing campaigns, and business objectives.

**Community Engagement**:

- Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly.
- Foster a sense of community by initiating and participating in conversations related to fitness and wellness.

**Analytics & Performance**:

- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.).
- Use insights to refine strategies and optimize content for better engagement and ROI.

**Brand Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overarching campaigns.
- Partner with fitness trainers, influencers, and collaborators to co-create authentic and impactful content.

**Trendspotting & Innovation**:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Experiment with new formats and strategies to keep Babel’s social media presence fresh and engaging.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in fitness, lifestyle, or wellness industries.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

**Creativity & Initiative**:

- Passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas.

**Communication**:

- Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
