As a SAP Business One Application Specialist at Fast Track, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing SAP Business One systems for our esteemed clientele. Your expertise in SAP Business One modules, customizations, and best practices will be instrumental in delivering seamless ERP solutions that align with our clients' business goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients, you will lead successful implementations, provide ongoing support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ERP offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- 1) ERP System Management:_
- Administer and maintain the SAP Business One system, ensuring data integrity and system availability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for system improvements and automation.
- 2) Implementation and Customization:_
- Design, configure, and implement SAP Business One modules based on business needs.
- Customize and develop reports, workflows, and interfaces to optimize system performance.
- Perform system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to validate changes.
- 3) Support and Training:_
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing and resolving SAP-related issues and inquiries promptly.
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance system understanding and proficiency.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP Business One processes and procedures.
- 4) Integration and Upgrades:_
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate SAP Business One with other enterprise systems.
- Stay up-to-date with SAP Business One upgrades, enhancements, and new features, evaluating their potential impact and benefits for the organization.
- 5) Data Management and Security:_
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the SAP Business One system.
- Implement and maintain access controls to safeguard sensitive information.
- 6) Continuous Improvement:_
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization and process improvement.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and SAP Business One advancements to propose innovative solutions.
- 7) Others:_
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong passion for SAP Business One and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Knowledge of SAP Business One concepts and basic understanding of its modules and functionalities.
- Familiarity with SQL and database fundamentals, with the ability to extract and manipulate data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
