**Production Executive | Up to RM4500 | Kawasan Perindustrian Larkin**

**Position: Production Executive**

**Salary Package: RM3500 - RM4500**

**Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Larkin**

**Company Background: Manufacturers Chinese Pharmaceutical Products**

**Working Days: Monday to Friday**

**Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:15pm**

**Probationary period : 6 months**

**Annual Leaves Entitlement: 10, 14 & 18 days**

**Public Holiday: as per government list (16 days)**

**Performance Bonus : AWS and Performance Bonus**

**Other employee benefits: company panel doctor, insurance, optical and dental claim**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible in determining the best and most efficient uses of available resources, including equipment and staff to meet production goals.
- Responsible in ensuring all dispensing, mixing, filling and packaging processes are executed according to approved procedures and complying with GMP requirements.
- Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
- Responsible to ensure that the required initial and continuous training of production personnel are carried out and adapted according to requirement.
- Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
- Responsible for all qualifications and validations related to Production is properly executed and documented.
- To prepare production related documentation.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
- To ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed by an authorized person before send to quality control.
- Responsible for reporting any non-conformities and deviations to the Production & Warehouse Manager to ensure immediate rectification.
- Any other duties whenever assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing environment.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Able to carry out role independently with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, committed and result oriented team player.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
