Handle sales order entries accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams.
- Prepare and request for issuing invoices, and sales confirmations.
- Generate and follow up on invoices and payment collections.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers.
- Maintain proper records of customer transactions, contracts, and correspondence.
- Ensure all documents are updated and archived systematically.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, delivery orders, and packing lists.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
- Liaise with warehouse staff, procurement, sales, and suppliers to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Provide updates on delivery schedules and resolve logistics-related issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
