**Job Description: Receptionist**
**Company**: Elite Development Group Sdn Bhd **Location**: One KL, private office
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Provide general administrative support to the management team.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and documents.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- SPM or Diploma or equivalent or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Immediate hiring.**:
- **Fluent in Arabic is a plus.**
