**Responsibilities**:
1. **Prepare Coffee Beverages**: Expertly craft a variety of coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) according to customer preferences and company standards.

2. **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations.

3. **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep work areas, equipment, and dining areas clean, sanitized, and organized to ensure a hygienic environment.

4. **Cash Handling**: Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and operate the cash register.

5. **Stock Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Replenish items as needed.

6. **Follow Procedures**: Adhere to company policies, recipes, and brewing procedures to consistently deliver high-quality beverages.

7. **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying moderate weights (bags of coffee beans, milk crates, etc.).
- Manual dexterity for operating machinery and preparing beverages.

**Work Environment**:

- Typically indoors in a café or coffee shop setting.
- May involve exposure to hot surfaces, steam, and moderate noise levels.
- Varied shifts based on business hours.

The role of a barista requires a blend of customer service, beverage preparation skills, and attention to detail to create a welcoming atmosphere and serve delicious coffee creations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
