**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for delivery of IT infrastructure projects in a timely manner to support business

objectives and operations.
- Liaise with business users and respective IT teams to define IT infrastructure requirements and

coordinate system implementation.
- Manage the IT infrastructure in terms of daily operations, digital certificate/domain name and

software license renewal.
- Assess the stability, security and scalability of server based operating systems.
- Review system error logs and first level troubleshooting server errors as well as escalation for

resolution.
- Responsible for recruiting IT resources & provide training for them.
- Responsible for managing IT resources to ensure smooth business operation.
- Responsible for managing user access to corporate file server, maintenance of server backup and

restoration.
- Conduct server network connectivity tests and troubleshooting with Group IT team when

required.
- Review IT infrastructure capacity and provide projection on expansion to support business

operations growth.
- Review infrastructure logical diagrams and ensure the integrity of its components.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure conformance to departmental

standards and procedures.
- Ensure that all procedures and projects are in compliance with audit requirements, internal IT

policies and all applicable regulatory requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any

equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in server support environment.
- Fundamental knowledge in IT infrastructure.
- Possess any IT Infrastructure Management related certifications will be a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good command of spoken and written English.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
