- MENGEKALKAN HUBUNGAN DENGAN PELANGGAN SEDIA ADA DAN MEMBINA PERNIAGAAN BAHARU DENGAN BAKAL PELANGGAN
- MEMBANGUNKAN RANCANGAN PEMASARAN UNTUK MEMPROMOSIKAN PRODUK KEPADA PELANGGAN MELALUI PAPARAN DALAM KEDAI, MEDIA SOSIAL DAN TAKTIK LAIN
- MEMANTAU TAHAP INVENTORI BARANGAN UNTUK MEMASTIKAN KUANTITI BARANGAN POPULAR YANG MENCUKUPI TERSEDIA SAMBIL MENGHAPUSKAN LEBIHAN INVENTORI ITEM YANG TIDAK POPULAR
- PASTIKAN TAHAP STOK YANG BETUL DIKEKALKAN DAN BARANG NIAGA DIPAPARKAN DENGAN SEWAJARNYA DENGAN PAPAN TANDA YANG BETUL DAN PENEMPATAN RAK YANG BAIK.
- MENGANGGARKAN VOLUME JUALAN BERDASARKAN DATA SEJARAH TENTANG ARAH ALIRAN BERMUSIM UNTUK MENENTUKAN JUMLAH PRODUK YANG PERLU DIBELI DARIPADA PENGELUAR
- MENYELESAIKAN ISU YANG MUNGKIN TIMBUL AKIBAT DARIPADA AUDIT.
- MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH DI PERINGKAT KEDAI UNTUK MENGEKALKAN PIAWAIAN YANG DITETAPKAN DALAM PERJANJIAN JUALAN AWAL.
- LATIH PEKERJA KEDAI UNTUK MEMBERI MEREKA KESEDARAN DAN PENGHARGAAN TENTANG PRODUK TERTENTU SUPAYA MEREKA LEBIH BERKEMUNGKINAN MENGESYORKAN PRODUK INI KEPADA PELANGGAN.
- LAKSANAKAN DAN SELIA KEMPEN PROMOSI KHAS YANG DIBUAT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN JUMLAH JUALAN.
- PANTAU VOLUME JUALAN, PERIKSA TAHAP INVENTORI DAN SIMPAN BAHAN PROMOSI DALAM KEDAI.
- PEMBENTANGAN YANG MENAMPILKAN PRODUK BAHARU UNTUK MENARIK PENGURUS KEDAI UNTUK MEMBELINYA
- MERANCANG DAN MENJALANKAN PEMBENTANGAN DI PAMERAN PERDAGANGAN ATAU ACARA LAIN UNTUK MEMPROMOSIKAN PRODUK TERTENTU KEPADA BAKAL PEMBELI
- MENDIDIK PELANGGAN TENTANG PRODUK ATAU PERKHIDMATAN BAHARU UNTUK MENINGKATKAN JUALAN
- MENGEKALKAN TAHAP PERKHIDMATAN PELANGGAN YANG TINGGI DENGAN MENYAPA PELANGGAN DENGAN MESRA DAN MEMBANTU MEREKA MENCARI APA YANG MEREKA PERLUKAN DI KEDAI
