職責:
- 為主席提供全面的行政支援 - 管理電子郵件通訊、電話、日記管理(內部/外部會議、社交活動、電話會議、網路研討會等)、準備會議簡報資料、旅行、飯店和簽證安排等執行分配的臨時任務。
- 組織各種網路活動,以促進與業務夥伴、律師、銀行家和大使/商業貿易官員更密切的關係,包括採購場地和相關服務以及根據分配的預算管理交付。
- 承諾謹慎處理公司敏感資訊並保密。
- 負責處理日常行政和營運事宜,並就營運和財務事宜與各部門負責人聯絡。
- 在將文件移交主席之前進行審查和審查。
- 準備並持續更新計畫和程序報告以供主席審查。
- 任何不時的臨時項目或任務。
要求:
- 候選人必須至少擁有專業證書、文憑、高級/高級/研究生文憑、學士學位、研究生文憑、專業文憑、商業研究/行政/管理、秘書或同等學歷。
- 至少5 年相關領域的經驗。
- 個性開朗,具有良好的人際溝通和溝通能力,並且能夠在各個層面進行互動。
- 精通Microsoft Word、Excel 和Outlook。
- 精通英語(口語和書面)、馬來語以及其他當地方言。
- 機智、謹慎地處理機密資訊。
- 積極主動、靈活。
- 自信、徹底、協作。
- 能夠在壓力下工作並按時完成任務。
- 積極的工作態度,能夠獨立工作和團隊合作。
