**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Recruit and onboard new employees, including conducting interviews, performing background checks, and processing new hire paperwork.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on matters related to employment, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Responsible to coordinate HR activities and communications regionally (Thailand, Singapore and etc)
- Stay up-to-date with developments in HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements of other countries (Thailand, Singapore, and etc)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,600.00 per month
