Business Manager

The BM is responsible to develop and maintain all Endosurgery products’ sales, namely - Sutures, Staplers, Haemostats, Mesh, Surgical Adhesive, Trocars etc.
- To achieve sales budgets quarterly/annually along with targets of the sales team members and maintaining Sales Vs Expense ratio for the department.
- To achieve payment collection targets quarterly/annually along with targets for the sales team members.
- Preparing the marketing road map for the whole year including the Marketing budget - Monthly sales analysis with a focus on category, product and region wise analysis and fine tuning the marketing initiatives accordingly, focusing mainly on the gap areas.
- Monthly revision of the pricing strategy and new promotional schemes to throttle the sales efforts for optimal results.
- Weekly sales call with the Leadership for gathering and sharing the competitor info and sending communication across the sales team for the same.
- Sharing the information with the head office and sales team on timely basis.
- Consolidation of the customer database on monthly basis with information collected from various touch points service and installation, weekly reports and Distributors.
- Executing sales and business territory plan activities, supporting customers in using company resources and promotional activities as identified by the Leadership.
- Supporting strategy development using inputs gathered from annual territory business plan and other activity reports.
- Accountable for reaching sales goals, maintaining customer relationships and representing the company in a highly professional manner and also responsible for achieving annual sales and profit objectives.
- Obtain new business and increase recurring sales though relationship selling and achieving revenue targets & objectives in line with the Business Plan and team targets.
- Provide timely reporting of pipeline, account and territory management activities and identifying new trends & giving inputs to company for innovation, expansion by increasing the awareness and use of the company's products.
Requirement: Education/Experience:
- Graduate with 5/6 years experience in selling Endo Surgery/Surgical Products
**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
