**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely day to day responses to quotation requests and cost analysis with objectives of meeting KPIs such as cost per Mb, quotation turnaround time and sales satisfaction.
- Establish local loop and internet market prices benchmark to ensure costing from partners and Singtel Product are competitive.
- Work closely with partners and Global Alliance to achieve a better cost structure to achieve good deal profitability.
- Execute cost reduction initiatives from Singtel Product and Global Alliance with the objective of improving product profitability.
- Conduct joint customer visits / calls with account managers to understand customer needs the needs of potential customers.
- Build relationship with partners management to facilitate cost escalation.
- Support at least 2 key access countries and active market surveillance to identify new and lowcost tier 2/3 partners.
- Review requirements from QH or Bid template such as pop selection, overseas local loop requirements and whether RFP is a parallel upgrade / relocation
- Handle partners’ queries, involving Sales, Customer Support, Product or GA and ensure partner quotation is in line with market based on various access types and determine final markup margin to propose
- Select the best fit partners based on the solution requirement (price, solution, preferred partners, language competency) and engage partners to find alternative/best solutions to meet target price
- Understand country profile to help Customer Support / Sale optimize cost as well as in-country geography and regulatory to explain cost difference and legality
- Close QH/CS template submission to Bid and include caveats that will differ from case to case
- Provide Escalation to Pricing / GA Director if partners are unable to meet target or do not respond.
- Revalidation of quotations upon deal closure and renegotiation if price has changed due to quotation expiry
- Provide official document to ordering team and partner performance reports in term, tech compliance, turnaround time, competitiveness, and flexibility in contractual terms.
- Support Global Alliance to identify low-cost carriers in respective countries.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment and to meet critical deadlines
- Strong commercial and interpersonal skills; able to work well both independently as a pricing professional and collaboratively as part of a team. Negotiation skills is also essential
- Strong analytical skills - Advance Excel and interest in AI or machine learning
- 3 + years’ experience in Bid and Pricing Management.
- A good diploma or degree in Marketing, Financial or Business Studies
- Telecommunication and ICT experience will be an advantage
