**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounting & Financial Support**
- Carry out accounting-related tasks as instructed by management or supervisors.
- Liaise with the finance department on behalf of the Manager.
**2. Business & Operational Support**
- Help prepare documentation, reports required by the Manager.
- Follow up on pending tasks or deadlines with other departments or client.
**3. Project Coordination**
- Monitor progress of ongoing tasks/projects under the Manager’s oversight.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and provide reminders or updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data, reports, and submissions.
**4. Administrative Duties (mínimal, work-focused only)**
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for business-related records.
- Handle confidential documents with discretion.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- **Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (e.g., account assistant, finance exec).
- Experience supporting management or executives is a plus, but not mandatory.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial reporting.
- Familiar with accounting software (Auto Count, UBS, SQL, etc.) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills, especially in managing and structuring financial data, documentation, and task follow-ups to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and timely completion.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and resourceful.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
