**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee performance and growth in the assigned sales territory.
- Expand the customer base through sales channels or agents.
- Create and execute business and sales strategies for the market.
- Analyze trends, pricing, competition, and demand to shape sales plans.
- Manage sales forecasting, pricing, key accounts, and profitability.
- Assess market opportunities, competitors' strengths, and forecast business.
- Provide weekly reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Ensure effective communication between sales and other departments.
- Handle orders, inquiries, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Safeguard customer data and sensitive company information.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
- Identify issues and recommend improvements in operations.
- Assist other departments or subsidiaries as needed.
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, including booth setup and marketing.
- Oversee marketing activities in the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely execution of new product development and marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Possessed a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
- Working experience from industry of Racking / Material Handling Equipment industry / Industrial Automation / Warehouse Automation / Warehouse related item sales / Paint industry / Building Materials / Industrial Packaging.
- Good sales performance track record. (Request achievements / sales record).
- Specialized in Sales & Marketing or Business.
- Willing to travel oversea.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office) & knowledge in web analytics tools.
- Committed / energetic.
- Team player, pro-active, Self-motivated Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Possess good writing skill, communication and interpersonal skills.
