**SALARY RANGE : MYR 9,760 - MYR 13,500**

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

- Serves as a source for other departments for capacity planning matters.
- Participates in projects influencing capacity planning and customer satisfaction.
- Execute non-routine tasks to meet business needs.
- Develop key performance indicators to monitor demand forecast.
- Establish individual goals, review performance, and follow SMART guidelines.
- Track and report key measurables, share information, and develop performance matrix.
- Conduct performance reviews and continuously improve planning model.
- Analyze data and determine corrective action to achieve goals.
- Champion risk assessments and mitigation strategies on capacity planning.

**Planning**
- Collaborates with commercial and delivery teams to establish volume forecasts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, using industry trends and demand patterns.
- Performs demand variation analysis to create a Rough Cut Capacity Plan within different time frames.
- Maintains accuracy and consistency of volume and re-planning strategies, considering time or cost sensitivity.
- Collaborates with Launch team for new product/program releases.
- Investigates and resolves unjustified demand variations by contacting the commercials.
- Assesses demand forecast plan and horizon, evaluating capability including belly space capacity, facility processing capabilities, equipment, manpower, and operating hours.
- Highlights concerns and requests action plans from functional/support teams.
- Records review results and action plans, and files relevant documents.
- Anticipates and communicates on capacity and capability to meet lead time and cost effectiveness.

**Scheduling**
- Develop schedules for First Mile and Last Mile for Delivery operations
- Leads improvement and cost reduction initiatives, providing value added ideas & insights to complete tasks more efficiently, influencing operational processes.
- Ensure the scheduling communication is sent timely to operations and commercial teams.

**Requirements**:
**Skills**:

- Broad based supply chain management and process development knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, planning, negotiation, problem solving, delegation skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and excellent sense of urgency.
- Completes tasks without supervision and leads/supervises staff within the functional area.
- Proven ability to collaborate internally with cross-functional teams.
- Results and performance driven, preferring data to drive everyday decisions.
- Highly driven individual with a keen eye on continuous improvement.
- Possess a hands-on mentality and an analytical and structured way of working.
- Comfortable adapting to new technologies and approaches.

Qualifications and Experience
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Brings over 10 years of experience in leadership roles related to operational excellence
- Demonstrates the ability to successfully lead complex global/regional projects
- Displays strong skills in spreadsheets, analytics, and reporting
- Is self-driven and motivated
- Possesses a problem-solving mindset to tackle complex issues
- Preferred experience in logistics or e-Commerce
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Has a proven track record of leading impactful projects
