**Responsibilities**:
**JOB SUMMARY**
Reporting to the Programme Director, this is a Change Management lead role within a Transformation Office team to oversee full programme and project level change management from planning to monitoring, across the life cycle for the implementation of complex, large scale strategic transformation initiatives
**JOB SCOPE**
**Vision Alignment & Centre of Excellence (CoE) Stakeholder Engagement**
- Conduct stakeholder analysis
- Develop engagement & communication plans
- Develop content, deliver, and monitor Transformation / Transformation Awareness Communications plan
**Change Strategy, Framework & Tools**
- Develop EPF Transformation Change Management Strategy & Plan
- Develop and deploy a ‘fit-for-purpose’ change method and related tools
- Update and ensure the relevance of the framework and tools
**Transformation Identity & Brand Management**
- Maintain and update Transformation identity and brand
- Deploy branding guidelines to projects
**Transformation Level Communication**
- Develop communication approach
- Develop content, deliver & monitor communications plan
**Change Governance**
- Maintain and update Change Governance as required
**Transformation Change Impact & Organisation Readiness**
- Assess the high-level transformation impacts
- Update the high-level transformation impacts for relevancy
- Prepare Transformation Readiness Assessment approach and method
- Execute Transformation Readiness Assessment
- Collate & analyse readiness responses
**Change Network**
- Establish, execute & monitor the change network plan
- Identify change ambassadors
**Communication & Engagement Standards**
- Update and ensure the relevance of the communication & engagement standard
- Deploy communication & engagement guidelines to projects
**Change Tracks Management & Scheduling**
- Develop the consolidated change deployment schedule
- Provide oversight of the change management programme plan, its execution and financials
- Manage interdependencies and high impact between wider Transformation efforts & BAU Change
**Change KPI & Metrics**
- Establish transformation and project-level change management KPI
- Monitor the delivery of agreed change management KPIs at the programme and project level
**Project Level Change Management Support**
- Provide guidance to Project Manager on Change Management Plan, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Impact Assessment, Change Network and Change Readiness Assessment
- Work with internal and external training providers on skills and knowledge building in the gap areas facing project managers and project team leads
**SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong leader, able to effectively manage stakeholders including Senior Management as well as Project owners and internal and external partners
- Strong team player, confident and experienced working within and coordinating enterprise Programme teams
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and organisational skills. Able to liaise between strategic, business and technical functions within an organisation
- Able to understand the strategies and businesses driving the transformation Programme, and align Change Management strategies towards them
- Proficiency in digital collaboration tools to facilitate remote collaboration/work
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Malaysian citizen
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience, with proven performance in leading Change or Transformation Programmes for large institutions, corporations or Government-linked companies.
- Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent as recognized by the Government
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Mass Communications or equivalent qualification from accredited higher learning institutions
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Change Management Institute Certification (CMI) or equivalent certification
