**Accounting Intern Responsibilities**:

- Shadowing members of the Finance department as they perform their duties and eventually learn to be independently carry out the duties
- Processing vendors invoices and payments
- Working with Accounting software (Navision) and Business intelligence reporting software
- Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements and submission to management for reviews
- Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and operations.

**What will you take away**:

- Learn how to work as part of the Accounting & Finance team to process accounting records, compile and analyze data, track information supporting the Finance department of the company as a whole.
- Understand and get expose to management reporting and information used by Management to assess a company's performance

**Accounting Intern Requirements**:

- Actively working towards a Diploma or Bachelors in Accounting.
- Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles (for e.g. IFRS).
- Aptitude for mathematics, proficiency with computers, strong analytical and critical mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
