Accounting Intern

Tetra Consultants is a management consulting firm. Our corporate advisory wing specializes in international business set up, financial license applications, merger & acquisition and corporate banking solutions. In addition, our accounting and tax wing provides services such as international tax planning, bookkeeping and tax compliance. Our comprehensive range of services allows us to do what we do best, which is to be a one-stop solution for our international clients.

Core Skills

  • Undergraduate in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Job Scope

  • Assist in managing client accounting records and bookkeeping activities
  • Prepare and update general ledgers, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Support the preparation of client financial statements, management reports, and schedules
  • Handle data entry and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on time
  • Communicate with clients to collect accounting documents and clarify information where necessary
  • Maintain and organize client files, ensuring completeness and confidentiality
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes for client accounts
  • Assist in generating invoices, expense reports, and payment tracking
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and accounting support to the finance team as required
