Job Responsibilities:
1) Order Checking
- Ensure POS online and working well
- Ensure Mobile app running in good situation

2) Daily Operation
- Execute direction set by supervisor
- Ensure Smooth Operation
- Ordering from HQ
- Assist supervisor to Implement management direction
- Monitoring team member on working attitude and appearance and report to Supervisor
- Daily Sales Report Checking
- Standardize operation SOP
- Make sure cashier have small change

3) Human Management
- Lead and train new crew on SOP and product knowledge
- Maintain good working environment

4) Product Management
- Product QC
- Display System
- Output & Variety

5) Stock Planning
- Proper arrangement of tools / utensil / with labelling and stock record
- Daily interaction with production on stock planning

6) Customer Service
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- First role to handle customer complain
- Interact and collect customer feedback
- Attend to customer inquiry on product and services

7) Report:

- Daily Cleanliness Report
- Customer Feedback

Job Requirements:
1. Hardworking, proactive, efficient& organized

2. Able to work commitment on Weekend and PH

3. Ability to handle different types of personalities

4. Able to work independent

5. Typhoid injection and SLPM cert
