**Introduction**:
Decathlon is looking for a self-starter willing to take on the challenge of setting up our B2B sales channel. We are looking to expand our business model and sales penetration within the Asia market. The overall goal is to drive volume orders through other retailers, groups, sports clubs, 3rd party niche websites, school districts and more.

A B2B or business-to-business service is one where there are one or more commercial transactions between two businesses, as opposed to goods being delivered directly to the end-user or customer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cover in the warehouse operations activities such as Receiving, Picking and Packing, and Loading bay to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of order within KPI is met.
- Develop a business plan for a successful B2B strategy
- To check incoming orders and plan / organize packing for daily pick-up by performing data entry.
- Prepare orders by processing requests, replenishment activity, picking and packing boxes, placing orders in the loading bay area and other necessary documents for shipment.
- To ensure communication between the loading bay team are clear for the sorting, storing, checking, picking, packing, wrapping and labeling of the outgoing goods.
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an on-going basis
- To pack goods with suitable cartons in accordance with the customer's location based on the different code labeling per customer.
- Ensure goods are stored in the consolidation area according to the customer’s location (store).
- To ensure accuracy of inbound / outbound goods as stipulated in supporting documents.
- Ensure the safe and efficient moving and handling of all items during picking, loading, reception and stocking to avoid any damages or injuries.
- Complete and update reports by entering required information timely and accurately into the daily panel information.
- Adopt good housekeeping and overall safety practice to achieve a well-organized, optimized space utilization and safe-working environment.
- To monitor stock on hand and investigate the root cause of stock discrepancy reported by internal customers and initiate corrective action.
- Work closely with the other teammates and manager to ensure daily activities are completed without delay and to ensure day-to-day activities are carried out systematically.
- Operates reach-truck and power pallet machine.
- Quality check consists of the quantity of the items, accuracy of the order, quality of the items, etc. (Which will take place before the final orders are shipped out to the customer)
