**Job Tasks**

1. Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or to donate.

2. Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.

3. Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services, or to request donations for charitable causes.

4. Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.

5. Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.

6. Explain technical product or service information to customers.

7. Answer customer questions about goods or services.

8. Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.

9. Maintain records of customer accounts.

10. Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.

11. Maintain records of customer accounts.

12. Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.

13. Identify potential customers.

14. Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.

15. Develop content for sales presentations or other materials.

16. Assist in organizing marketing campaign/ Social Media content/LIVE FB & IG

17. Perform content updates for the website, other e-commerce platform, Instagram, and Facebook as & when required.

**Requirements**:

- Must have good communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Creative and adaptable to Digital Marketing and Brand.
- Attractive and good interpersonal skills.
- Good in communication skill, teamwork and able to take challenges.
- Able to work independently and have multi-tasking skills.
- Able to go outstation based on the company needs and requests.
- Able to demonstrate and present products to customers
- Establish new clients.
- Experience in Beauty and Health product industry is advantage.
- Able to identify new opportunities for the company.
- Managing stock control and inventory checks.
- Always ensure that every operation is in a smooth, good condition,
systematic and well maintained.
- Prepare documentation with purchasing, invoicing, delivery order and etc.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Develop strategies for all marketing teams, including digital, advertising, communication, and creativity.
- Experience in using Microsoft office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,999.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
