We are looking for a **passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Intern** to join our team and support our mission of making postpartum care more accessible and professional across Malaysia and beyond.

We are a leading training and service provider specializing in postpartum care, maternity services, and professional development for caregivers. We are committed to empowering mothers, babies, and caregivers through education, innovation, and wellness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Design engaging visuals, short videos, and stories using tools like Canva/CapCut.
- Support digital campaigns to promote our **postpartum training courses, services, and wellness products**.
- Research current social media trends to create relevant and shareable content.
- Help monitor social media accounts, respond to messages/comments, and engage with our online community.
- Track performance analytics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare simple reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative campaigns, student recruitment, and service promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Passionate about **social media, content creation, and digital marketing**.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other design/video editing tools.
- Strong communication skills in English (Malay/Chinese is a plus).
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in **mothercare, baby wellness, or women’s health** is an advantage.
