**Job Description**:

- To lead the entire technical training department (technical and non-technical).
- Design and implement comprehensive technical training programs for new hires, current employees, and cross-functional teams. To develop training materials based on the customer requirement and ensure direct labor employees are certified in the process.
- To lead the technical training unit and supervise the Trainers on training related matters.
- Organize and facilitate technical workshops, hands-on training sessions focused on electronics technology, product knowledge, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Assess training needs and continuously develop content to address emerging technology and business requirements.
- Train and certified new hires operators / cross training / add on training when requested by Production Operation.
- Assess the technical proficiency of employees to identify skill gaps and customize training solutions.
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and operations teams to understand their technical needs and challenges.
- Act as a liaison between technical departments and HR to ensure training programs are aligned with organizational goals.
- To lead the technical team on IPC 610 and IPC 7711 training.

Skills and Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years' experience as Assistant Training Manager or Senior Technical Trainer / Engineer is required for the position and experience in technical training, preferably within the electronics manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Strong background in electronics, circuit design, troubleshooting, and repair processes.
- Certified IPC 610 and IPC 7711 will be an added advantage.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable training content.
- Ability to evaluate and measure training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
