You will be working on Payroll or HCM

**Payroll**:

- Ensure the delivery of HR Services is executed efficiently and in compliance with local rules and regulations on payroll related matters
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR activities including manage time-bound processes and accuracy in data validation.
- Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in HRIS records partnering with various stakeholders on the relevant topics eg. reconciliation of accruals etc.
- Liaise with relevant agency bodies regarding statutory submission.
- Support employees and managers on questions related to internal employees communications, HR guidelines, processes in particular payroll.

**HCM**:

- First-tier support to HRBP for all local administrative tasks and execution of HR-related matters
- Own and support the employee's life cycle processes in our HRIS system i.e. Workday (e.g. data management, absence management, benefits management, etc.)
- Prepare HR documentation e.g. employment contracts, benefits, and payroll enrolment documentation, etc.
- Organize and maintain employee records driving digital solutions to centralize, streamline and expand HR Services scope throughout the Region
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding internal employee communications, HR guidelines, and processes.
- Participate and continuous improvement of HR processes in maintaining standard operating procedures and ensuring policies are up to date

**Projects/Others**:

- Support projects to implement digital solutions as well as to centralize, streamline and expand HR Services scope throughout the Region
- Support the annual compensation review process including the annual merit and bonus planning process
- Participate in internal and external audits and checks on data changes to ensure the accuracy and proper maintenance of documents

- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Broad HR background especially in HR operational tasks and processing
