About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable HR Specialist to take the lead in recruiting, managing, and developing a talented team of English-speaking professionals across multiple roles. This position requires someone with strong organizational and leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced computer proficiency.

The ideal candidate is a people-focused problem solver who can balance recruitment efficiency with a great employee experience—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, modern workplace and knows how to use technology to streamline HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies to recruit high-quality, English-speaking candidates for multiple positions.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee databases, records, and documentation with accuracy and discretion.
  • Support management in workforce planning, employee relations, and performance tracking.
  • Implement HR systems, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and organization.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal company policies.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention.

Requirements

Experience is a must — Minimum 1–5 years in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a similar HR leadership role.

Excellent English fluency — both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Advanced computer skills — proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, HR software, and modern communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello, or Notion).

Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and professional attitude.

Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
