About the role

As a Human Resource Executive at Al-Islam Specialist Hospital, you will play a vital role in supporting the hospital's talent management and HR operations. This full-time position in Kuala Lumpur will allow you to contribute to the organisation's overall HR strategy and provide generalist HR support across the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and procedures
  3. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as leave, benefits, and performance management
  4. Collaborate with managers to identify and address HR needs within their teams
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programmes, and coordinate training
  6. Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related systems
  7. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive HR information

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  6. Proactive, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent customer service
