Human Resources Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Executive to support and execute HR strategies and operations. The HR Executive will be responsible for handling core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate induction programs for new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive work environment through regular employee engagement activities.

HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and time-off records.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process.
  • Track employee performance and assist in creating development plans.

Compliance & Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in policy development and communicate updates to staff.

Training & Development:

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.

HR Reporting:

  • Generate reports on HR metrics like turnover rates, absenteeism, and recruitment data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience (depending on organization's level).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
