Position: Human Resource Executive

Salary: RM2,300 – RM2,500

Working Hours: 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resource Executive to join our client's dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions, support employee engagement initiatives, and help build an efficient and people-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and employee records.

2) Support the hiring process for trainers, administrative staff, and other roles to ensure effective manpower planning.

3) Handle employee lifecycle processes such as confirmations, contract renewals, and exit procedures.

4) Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that reflect the company's culture and values.

5) Coordinate training, workshops, and staff development programs to enhance team performance.

6) Address employee relations matters, including counselling, disciplinary actions, and engagement activities.

7) Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.

8) Collaborate with management to support strategic HR initiatives and performance appraisals.

9) Prepare HR reports, statistics, and updates for management review.

10) Support staff events, internal communication, and initiatives that promote a positive and cohesive workplace.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications:

1) Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2) At least 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.

3) Understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.

4) Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

5) Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
