We are expanding our team and are looking for a passionate and proactive Human Resources Executive / HRBP to join us in driving our people strategy and supporting the company's continuous growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, providing professional HR advice and support.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
  • Oversee performance management, training & development, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employment practices comply with Malaysian labour laws.
  • Handle monthly payroll coordination, attendance, and employee records.
  • Support management in workforce planning, talent development, and HR reporting.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of relevant HR experience (experience in property / leasing industry is an added advantage).
  • Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with all levels of staff.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
