Human Resources Executive

Work Location: Aim Coffee (M) Sdn Bhd , Desa Melawati

Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Department

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage various HR functions including payroll processing, leave management, employee enrollment, recruitment, and other HR-related activities. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and effective HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process employee payroll accurately and on time.
  • Manage employee leave records and ensure timely leave approvals and updates.
  • Handle employee enrollment, termination, and documentation updates.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in training and development initiatives.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as HR Executive or similar role.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and leave management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR software.
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
