Job Description:

1. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment Focus)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and technical positions, including engineers and operational roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
  • Drive proactive sourcing, pipeline building, and headhunting to meet fast-paced hiring demands.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

2. Payroll & HR Operations (Payroll Focus)

  • Handle monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support HR compliance and audit requirements.

3. HR Data Analytics (Reporting & Costing Focus)

  • Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards on manpower costs, headcount trends, and productivity ratios.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide insights to management on manpower utilization vs. business output.
  • Support budgeting and workforce planning through accurate data reporting.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in any of the above areas.
  • Good understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems (such as Boss Net).
  • Possess own transport and willing to work at Millerz Square @ Old Klang Road.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with internal stakeholders and candidates.
