**Skop kerja Supervisor**

**Anggaran gaji: RM2300 ++**
- Membantu mencapai sasaran jualan harian dan memastikan operasi berjalan lancar.
- Memastikan kualiti makanan dan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang.
- Menyelia transaksi tunai & pembayaran dalam talian dengan betul.
- Memantau kehadiran, disiplin dan prestasi kakitangan.
- Membantu dalam latihan, penjadualan dan pengurusan kakitangan.
- Mengurus operasi harian mengikut polisi dan standard syarikat.
- Menangani aduan dan permintaan pelanggan dengan profesional.
- Memantau inventori dan membantu dalam proses pembelian stok.
- Memastikan pematuhan kepada peraturan kebersihan dan keselamatan.
- Menyediakan laporan asas prestasi kepada pengurus.
- Memberi sokongan dan motivasi kepada pasukan kerja.
- Memastikan pematuhan kepada KPI dan prosedur syarikat.

**Skop kerja Service Crew**
**Anggaran gaji: RM1700++**
- Menyambut dan membantu pelanggan dengan cara yang mesra dan profesional.
- Menerima pesanan pelanggan dan memproses pembayaran.
- Menyediakan dan menyajikan makanan serta minuman mengikut piawaian Outlet.
- Menjaga kebersihan dan organisasi kawasan kerja.
- Memastikan piawaian keselamatan makanan dan kebersihan dipatuhi.
- Menangani pertanyaan pelanggan dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan segera.
- Membantu dalam pengurusan inventori dan mengisi semula bekalan.
- Menyokong rakan sepasukan dalam operasi harian.

**Keperluan**:

- Mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1-2 tahun sebagai superviso dalma café, servis kaunter atau outlet QSR.
- latihan akan diberikan.
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang baik.
- Sikap positif dan boleh bekerja dalam pasukan.
- Kebolehan bekerja dalam persekitaran yang pantas.
